What does feeding 3 dogs and 8 fish have to do with Life Coaching?

Life is a journey and you can choose how you experience this journey. Are you were walking through a Maze, never knowing what the next turn will bring, a wall or a way out ? Or are you traveling with the aid of a powerful "GPS system", focusing on where you are going,and what you want to accomplish? Using your "GPS" to get back on your path when you temporarily lose your way?

My personal journey is an ongoing adventure, that presently includes 3 dogs and 13 fish along with a husband, 2 daughters married to our 2 son in laws, who recently presented us with two grandsons (one from each family) that were born three days apart!

We also have a large extended family and a wonderful group of friends, old, new and soon to be met. I have learned to use my own "GPS" to create the life that I deserve. I learn so much from all who touch my life and especially from the animals that are a part of my life now and in the past.

Every morning, I wake up, walk and feed our 3 adorable Japanese Chin dogs, feed the 8 fish in our pond, eat breakfast, read the newspaper, check my schedule... all before 8:00 AM. And then my day begins.

I am...happily married to the love of my life...,55+ years old, empty nester,mother of two extraordinary daughters, living in a beautiful home, in a fabulous active adult community.

I have created a life that I deserve...a life filled with love, happiness,positive thoughts, adventure, challenges and choices. My journey continues as I continue to grow and change with my environments. Life is good, for I am the creator of my life.
